Things that company can never sell to me #16

Anything 3D.

3D TV. 3D movies. 3D whatever.

The thing is, you'll need a 3D glasses to truly enjoy those. Which I don't. I'm a full time specs guy. And no, I don't wear contacts. So? I will have to wear that 3D glasses on top of my glasses. Which is fucking ridiculous – I look like an idiot – from being a sei ngai zai, to a luk ngan kuai.

Until they've invented screen which can project 3Ds without the need to wear cheat with an eye aid, no money from me.

  1. OMG, I laughed at the luk ngan kuai! So how do you watch 3D cinema movies? Or do you not watch them at all?

  2. I agree. 3D is not for Asians actually. I found out that the glasses only work if you have a high nose bridge (like ang mohs). Cause there needs to be distance between the lens and your eyes for the 3D to work comfortably. Otherwise, it makes you feel dizzy. During those times when I was forced to watch 3D, I had to lift the glasses away from my nose. For whole 2-hours. Tiring tau.

    1. That must be an amazing 2 hours, GoldFish. I'll surely faint in the first half an hour from getting lack of blood to my upper arm. :P
